Emergency crews extinguished a small kitchen fire at the Ottawa House East residence hall at The University of Toledo Tuesday morning.
Students were cleared to return inside shortly after the fire alarm sounded around 6 a.m.
UT Police say the fire was contained to a wall behind the grill.
The Toledo Fire Department also responded to the scene.
