Sushi will be available each Thursday starting this week in the South Dining Hall in the Student Union.
UT Dining and Hospitality Services has partnered with Sushi on the Roll, a restaurant in Medina, Ohio, to offer the Japanese food.
Hand-rolled sushi will be prepared fresh throughout lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Pre-pay for the premium meal at the cashier stand for an additional $6.50. Meal swipes, Dining Dollars, Rocket Dollars, cash and credit will be accepted.
