There are plenty of benefits to eating healthy.

And UT Medical Center and The Andersons are continuing to offer monthly programs to spotlight a healthy lifestyle.

“Healthy Eating on Any Budget” will be the topic discussed Tuesday, March 19, at 7 p.m. Kate Ormiston, UT clinical dietitian, will be at the Toledo store, 4701 Talmadge Road, and John Pantel, UT clinical dietitian, will be at the Maumee location, 530 Illinois Ave.

“Whole Grain Greatness” will be up next Tuesday, April 16, and “Heart Healthy Nutrition” will be the topic Tuesday, May 21. Both talks will begin at 7 p.m.

The Eat Healthy, Be Healthy campaign inside The Andersons stores gives shoppers tips on what items are good for them with signs and access to UTMC health experts, including physicians and dietitians.

Shoppers find a series of healthy living tags throughout the stores to identify what a UTMC clinic dietitian recommends.
