In the final episode of Prescribed Listening’s second season, James Kesler explains the driving rehabilitation program at The University of Toledo Medical Center.

Kesler, an occupational therapist and certified driver rehabilitation specialist, provides driving assessments and training for individuals of all ages to ensure they’re able to safely operate a vehicle.

The program can be a starting point for teenagers with disabilities who are new to driving, a way to get people back on the road following a stroke or injury, or a checkup for older drivers to help determine if they’re still able to safely be behind the wheel.

Prescribed Listening, a podcast from UTMC, features a new provider each week sharing insight into their medical specialty.
