To kick off the spring semester, Campus Activities and Programming is hosting Freeze Fest, a winter-themed evening event on Friday, Jan. 21, for UToledo students.

Scheduled from 6 to 9 p.m. at Parking Lot 6 on Main Campus, Freeze Fest will include, among other activities, a hot chocolate bar, fire pits, live music and an ice skating rink.

“The Campus Activities and Programming executive board is dedicated to making student life more exciting and this is a great opportunity for students to get outside and interact with other students,” said Ben Weiner, associate director for student involvement and engagement.

“It is incredibly hard during the winter months when students tend to stay indoors. There is an array of activities for everyone, and we look forward to welcoming our Rockets back home.”
