Baseball program to hold prospect camp Feb. 8

The Toledo baseball program will hold a prospect camp Saturday, Feb. 8, at the Fetterman Training Center.

thumb-rocket-color-logoThe camp will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for players in grades seven through 12 and costs $125.

The prospect camp is designed to provide instruction on specific aspects of the game, while also giving individuals the opportunity to display their skills at the position of their choice for the UT coaching staff.

Campers will be instructed and evaluated by the UT baseball staff.

Players should bring a glove, bat and helmet, and should wear comfortable workout attire and cleats. In case of inclement weather, campers should have gym shoes or turf shoes for indoor workout facility. Catchers should bring their own catcher’s equipment.

The state-of-the-art Fetterman Training Center is equipped with indoor hitting and pitching stations, enabling campers to receive instruction in all aspects of the game.
