Don’t let the winter blues get you down — the UT Center for International Studies and Programming is offering a day of snow-filled fun to brighten your mood.

UT students are invited to join a skiing and snowboarding trip Saturday, Feb. 13, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Mad River Mountain, Ohio’s largest ski and snow tubing resort in Zanesfield.

web Ski TripTickets can be purchased at the Ask Rocky counter located at Student Union Room 2525. They cost $70 per person and include transportation to Mad River Mountain, ski equipment rental and a ski lift ticket. Tickets can be purchased with cash or a check made out to The University of Toledo. An optional ski lesson also can be purchased for an additional $10.

Students are encouraged to bring extra spending money for food.

To reserve a spot, tickets must be purchased before Friday, Feb. 12.

The bus will depart the Student Union bus loop at 8 a.m., so students are advised to arrive early.
