Before the recent rise in temperatures, UToledo art faculty Arturo Rodriguez, Dan Hernandez and Barry Whittaker and students in the Department of Art in the Judith Herb College of Arts, Social Sciences and Education briefly transformed the courtyard of the Center for Visual Arts on the Toledo Museum of Art campus into a colorful frozen gallery.
