Attention faculty members: There’s one more thing to do before spring break — turn in summer and fall textbook orders.

The orders are needed early so the University can be compliant with the Higher Education Opportunity Act and provide all costs to students for any courses they are interested in registering for, according to Colleen Strayer, general manager of the Barnes & Noble University Bookstore.

“We also need to receive the orders early so the bookstore can source as many used books as possible and provide the largest number of rental textbooks,” Strayer said. “Our major sourcing period for both is March and April. Without the textbook information, the used and rental quantities will go to other Barnes & Noble college bookstores.”

Faculty members should go to utoledo.bncollege.com and click on “Faculty Resources” in the upper right corner. Use FacultyEnlight to submit orders as a guest or register to create an account and have all information, including textbook order history, saved.

Those who need assistance may call Strayer or Anthony Wappner at 419.530.2516.
