Replacement of water valves in the Student Union originally scheduled for Saturday, March 8, have been postponed.

The building was originally planned to be closed on Saturday because the water needs to be shut off for the work to be completed. It will be rescheduled for a time when it will cause minimal inconvenience.

“The domestic water meter for the facility must be replaced. The existing valves that isolate the meter are no longer operational, so we’re unable to go into bypass and maintain water service to the building,” Jason Toth, associate vice president for facilities, explained.

The Student Union will have normal hours of operation.
