The contest will feature Ohio’s top Division I, II, III and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics seniors and will tip off at 1:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall Gymnasium.
A 2011-12 third-team All-Mid-American Conference selection, Ingersoll averaged 11.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 steals in a squad-best 35.0 minutes per game.
Ingersoll led the NCAA in three-point field-goal percentage (44.2 percent, 96 of 217) and ranked 13th in three-point field goals made (2.8). She made at least four triples in 12 games this season, including a collegiate-best six against Cincinnati in the second round of the WNIT March 19. Ingersoll’s 96 treys tied a MAC single-season record, and her 44.2 three-point field-goal percentage stands second best in UT annals.
She wrapped up her career ranking first in school history in games played (133), sixth in three-point field goals made (176), seventh in three-point field-goal percentage (36.6 percent, 176 of 481) and minutes played (3,469), tied for seventh in three-point field goals attempted (481) and tied for eighth in steals (173).
The Massillon, Ohio, native helped the Rockets post an impressive 96-40 (.706) overall ledger and an even better 50-14 (.782) MAC mark during the last four years, winning a WNIT Championship, a conference regular-season title, three division crowns and advancing to the postseason on three occasions.
