Senior Courtney Ingersoll has accepted an invitation to play in the fourth-annual Jump25.com/Ohio College All-Star Classic Saturday, April 14, on the campus of Ohio Dominican University.

The contest will feature Ohio’s top Division I, II, III and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics seniors and will tip off at 1:30 p.m. in Alumni Hall Gymnasium.

A 2011-12 third-team All-Mid-American Conference selection, Ingersoll averaged 11.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.7 steals in a squad-best 35.0 minutes per game.

Ingersoll led the NCAA in three-point field-goal percentage (44.2 percent, 96 of 217) and ranked 13th in three-point field goals made (2.8). She made at least four triples in 12 games this season, including a collegiate-best six against Cincinnati in the second round of the WNIT March 19. Ingersoll’s 96 treys tied a MAC single-season record, and her 44.2 three-point field-goal percentage stands second best in UT annals.

She wrapped up her career ranking first in school history in games played (133), sixth in three-point field goals made (176), seventh in three-point field-goal percentage (36.6 percent, 176 of 481) and minutes played (3,469), tied for seventh in three-point field goals attempted (481) and tied for eighth in steals (173).

The Massillon, Ohio, native helped the Rockets post an impressive 96-40 (.706) overall ledger and an even better 50-14 (.782) MAC mark during the last four years, winning a WNIT Championship, a conference regular-season title, three division crowns and advancing to the postseason on three occasions.
