Rodney Braziel returned to college to complete his bachelor’s degree at UToledo as his son starts college at Ohio State University. Their education is funded by Hope Toledo, a nonprofit that offered scholarships to the graduating classes of 2020 and 2021 at Scott High School and their parents.
