Starting Monday, July 30, if you’re requesting maintenance work through Facilities and Construction’s SchoolDude software, you’ll be able to use your UT ID and password.
This change will allow an easier process to access SchoolDude and submit a request.
The information in SchoolDude accounts will still be available, and users will be able to track and view prior requests through the “My Requests” tab in their accounts.
The process to submit a work order will remain the same. All facilities and maintenance requests should be made online to utoledo.edu/facilities/requests.html, or users will be able to access the maintenance request page through the myUT portal.
The current SchoolDude request link will not work once the update takes place, so users will need to update their bookmarks.
Instructions and the updated link will be placed on the Facilities and Construction work order request webpage.
