“Michelle’s strong commitment to students and to educational quality, her present doctoral studies in educational technology, and her experience gained assisting the Interprofessional Education Program contributed to her appointment as interim director of the Academic Enrichment Center,” said Dr. Thea Sawicki, vice provost for health science affairs and university accreditation.

The mission of the Academic Enrichment Center is to provide academic support services for students in the health science professional programs by facilitating student engagement and collaboration, fostering self-directed learning, and providing resources that contribute to student academic success.
