Due to office renovations, the University’s Information Technology Help Desk has temporarily relocated from its location in Dowling Hall to UT’s Scott Park Campus on the second floor of the Learning Resource Center.
The help desk moved to its temporary location last week and will remain there for the next six to eight weeks.
Despite the change in location for walk-in support, there will be no changes in the quality or type of service provided to all campuses, said Teresa Hagedorn, assistant manager of Academic and Health-Care Support Systems.
Those in need of IT support for Main Campus can continue to go online at ithelp.utoledo.edu, email ITHELPDESK@utoledo.edu or call 419.530.2400. Walk-in support is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
The IT Help Desk provides a central point of contact for students, patients, physicians, faculty, staff and administrators for questions, issue resolution, service requests and informational inquiries for all University-supported systems.
