RSVP for University Women’s Commission Fall Luncheon

The University Women’s Commission will hold its annual fall membership drive luncheon Thursday, Oct. 3, at noon in the Savage Arena Joe Grogan Room.

Dr. Adrienne King, associate vice president for marketing and communications, will be the guest speaker.

Members of the campus community are invited to join the University Women’s Commission.

Annual membership costs $30 for UT employees and $10 for students and is tax-deductible.

“The commission is here to support women and help them succeed professionally,” said Kelly Andrews, senior associate athletics director/senior woman administrator in Intercollegiate Athletics, who is chair of the commission. “We want more members so we can offer more scholarships.”

The University Women’s Commission provides scholarships to female students and annually recognizes UToledo’s outstanding women.

RSVPs for the luncheon are requested by Monday, Sept. 30, on the University Women’s Commission website.

New and returning members can join at the luncheon or on the University Women’s Commission website.
