Information Technology is adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system to the MyUT Portal as additional security to protect your account. The extra verification step is to help ensure that you are the person accessing your account.
Since the rollout of MFA to Office 365, the Microsoft Authenticator App has been available for iOS and Android devices. Step-by-step instructions for configuring Microsoft Authenticator are located at the IT Multifactor website.
Additional communications regarding this important security initiative will follow, with a target date to have MFA in place is Monday, Oct. 13.
