Toledo (12-7-3) advanced to the NCAA Championship thanks to a thrilling 2-1 overtime victory over Bowling Green in the title game of the Mid-American Conference Tournament Nov. 5 in Kent, Ohio. Senior forward Sophie Pohl scored both of Toledo’s goals, including the game-winner with just five seconds remaining in overtime.

This is the Rockets’ fifth trip to the NCAA Championships and first since 2011.
