The University of Toledo wants to be your first choice when it comes to catering a campus event.

The UT Dining and Hospitality Services catering staff can assist with a variety of events, ranging from a small coffee brainstorming session to a themed special event with a large guest list.

Two events are scheduled Wednesday, Nov. 10, that are designed to improve the catering experience and inform the University community of available options.

“We want the University catering services to be everyone’s top choice when it comes to a campus event not only because we are convenient, but because it is the best,” said Joy Gramling, director of auxiliary services.

Anyone who has used the University catering services in the past is invited to a discussion Gramling will host from 9:30 to 11 a.m. in Student Union Room 2579.

“The feedback from past events will be helpful as the department looks to better serve its clients in the future,” Gramling said.

“I want to hear what they liked, and especially what they didn’t like, so going forward we can make each experience exceed expectations,” she said.

And later Wednesday the “UT Catering Expo” will offer an opportunity for people who haven’t yet tried University catering to learn more about what it offers. The event, from 3 to 5 p.m. in the main dining room of Libbey Hall, will include previews of winter catering packages as well as samples from the winter menu. Contact Sarahanne Wright or Jennifer Darr at 419.530.8488 to RSVP for this event.
