The University of Toledo Department of Music will present its Holiday Showcase, featuring choral and instrumental performances by students and faculty, on Sunday, Dec. 7.

The Holiday Showcase begins at 7 p.m. in Doermann Theatre.

The University orchestra, choral ensembles and faculty jazz trio will perform a variety of holiday classics including “Toyland,” “Sleigh Ride” and “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.” The program will be interspersed with individual performances by students, faculty and special guests.

“The Holiday Showcase is a favorite among faculty and students,” said Dr. Jason Stumbo, chair of the Department of Music. “More than an opportunity to share the beloved music of the holidays with our community, the showcase allows us to celebrate the outstanding talent of our UToledo musicians.”

General admission tickets are $10 in advance via the Tix.com UToledo website or at the box office before the performance. Student tickets are free with a Rocket ID.

Parking permits are not enforced after 5 p.m. Sundays, excluding disability, metered and reserved spaces. For more information, visit the ParkUToledo website.
