The Center for International Studies and Programs hosted a Spring Festival Celebration Thursday in Thompson Student Union Auditorium to celebrate the Year of the Horse. The event featured more than 15 activities for the UToledo and Toledo-area communities to experience and learn about different cultures that celebrate the Spring Festival.
