Individual tickets cost $100 each and can be purchased online through the <a href=\"https:\/\/tol-edo.org\/redribbon2026\">UToledo Foundation website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ann Wayson Locher opened the first grant-funded free and anonymous HIV testing site in northwest Ohio in 1985 and was one of the key organizers for The University of Toledo\u2019s Ryan White Program.
