Brown will return to his alma mater to speak Friday, Sept. 7, at noon in Law Center Room 1012.<\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>The professor of law at the University of Hawaii will give two talks: \u201cGlobal Labor and Employment Law Practice Can Be Local\u201d and \u201cLabor Arbitration in U.S., China and Japan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brown, who received his juris doctor from UT in 1968, will discuss how local business decisions may invoke not only U.S. labor laws, but also global and foreign labor and employment laws. <\/p>\n<p>He also will address what to expect in resolving labor disputes in East Asia and U.S. forums.<\/p>\n<p>Pizza will be provided at the free, public event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ronald C.
