{"id":20177,"date":"2012-10-10T13:02:56","date_gmt":"2012-10-10T18:02:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utnews.utoledo.edu\/?p=20177"},"modified":"2012-10-10T13:02:56","modified_gmt":"2012-10-10T18:02:56","slug":"welloween-health-fair-slated-for-oct-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/index.php\/10_10_2012\/welloween-health-fair-slated-for-oct-26","title":{"rendered":"Welloween Health Fair slated for Oct. 26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Don\u2019t fall victim to sickness as the temperature begins to drop \u2014 visit The University of Toledo Student Recreation Center Friday, Oct. 26, for a flu shot, health screenings and more during the Welloween Health Fair.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/welloween.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/welloween.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"welloween\" width=\"320\" height=\"61\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-20178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/welloween.jpg 320w, https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/welloween-300x57.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/a>Students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the free event. Those who attend are encouraged to wear a costume and have their photo taken as part of a costume contest, which will be judged at 1 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>There will be educational booths with free goodies, free health screenings, a DJ, door prizes and group exercise demonstrations. And there will be free flu shots for students, faculty and staff with a valid Rocket ID. <\/p>\n<p>Those who wish to set up an educational booth can do so <a href=\"http:\/\/www.utoledo.edu\/studentaffairs\/rec\/welloween.html\">here<\/a> by registering before Friday, Oct. 12.
