{"id":33078,"date":"2015-02-24T11:41:43","date_gmt":"2015-02-24T16:41:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/utnews.utoledo.edu\/?p=33078"},"modified":"2015-02-24T11:44:12","modified_gmt":"2015-02-24T16:44:12","slug":"head-womens-soccer-coach-resigns","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/index.php\/02_24_2015\/head-womens-soccer-coach-resigns","title":{"rendered":"Head women&#8217;s soccer coach resigns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brad Evans resigned his post as The University of Toledo\u2019s head women\u2019s soccer coach, UT vice president and athletic director Mike O\u2019Brien announced today.<\/p>\n<p>Evans indicated he will begin a new career outside of the coaching profession, and that he appreciated the opportunity to be the UT women\u2019s soccer coach for the past 14 seasons.<\/p>\n<p>He coached the Rockets from 2001 to 2014. In that time his teams had a 138-116-29 record and won three regular season Mid-American Conference Championships and four MAC Tournament titles. The Rockets made it to the NCAA Tournament in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2011.
