Fornoff Professor of Law and Values in the UT College of Law, is one of more than a dozen members of the bipartisan judiciary advisory commission announced by U.S. Sens. Gregory L. Frost created the vacancy on the federal bench.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am honored and excited to serve on this commission,\u201d Zietlow said. \u201cAs a professor of constitutional law, I understand the importance of a strong federal judiciary, and I am happy to play a role in making that happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Southern District Court serves more than five million Ohioans in 48 counties throughout Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton.<\/p>\n<p>The vetting process requires a candidate\u2019s nomination by the president of the United States and confirmation by the U.S. Senate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rebecca Zietlow, the Charles W.
