Palmer, interim director of undergraduate recruitment at The University of Toledo.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monday, July 1 \u2014 Dr. Anthony L. Bourne, assistant vice president for student affairs at Rhodes State College in Lima, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Friday, July 12 \u2014 Amy L.
