This program looks at several cultures from across the African continent and shows how these examples illustrate the experiences of people around the world.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/webbigdipper1.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-606\" title=\"webbigdipper1\" src=\"http:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/webbigdipper1.gif\" alt=\"webbigdipper1\" width=\"432\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a>Follow the Drinking Gourd<\/strong>: Saturdays, through Feb. 28, at 1 p.m. This historical program discusses how African-American slaves used the stars to find their way North to freedom.
