Participants can create their own affirmation cards, join a mindfulness webinar or pick-up a DIY grab-and-go activity kit, among the de-stressing exercises.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe focus of these events is to provide an environment for students and employees to relax, connect with others, learn strategies to improve their well-being and leave feeling rejuvenated,\u201d said Andrea Masters, employee wellness consultant. \u201cWe truly value the hard work our UToledo students, faculty and staff have done throughout the semester; we look forward to offering this opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Activities will take place throughout the week on Health Science and Main campuses.
