The University of Toledo Board of Trustees approved 62 faculty members for promotion and tenure at its April meeting.<\/p>\n
There were 22 faculty members who received tenure and another 42 were promoted to professor, associate professor or assistant professor.<\/p>\n
\u201cCongratulations to this year\u2019s cohort of faculty members who advanced through the tenure and promotion process. We are proud to recognize each of these academic leaders for their exceptional teaching, research and service,\u201d said Dr. Karen Bjorkman, provost and executive vice president for academic affairs.<\/p>\n
