The University of Toledo\u2019s graduation celebrations begin today with the doctoral hooding and graduate commencement ceremony at 6 p.m. in Savage Arena.<\/p>\n

The main spring commencement ceremonies will be 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Savage Arena.<\/p>\n

The 9 a.m. ceremony recognizes graduates of the colleges of Arts and Letters; Health and Human Services; Natural Sciences and Mathematics; and University College.<\/p>\n

The 1 p.m. ceremony recognizes graduates of the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation; Judith Herb College of Education; the College of Engineering; and the College of Nursing.<\/p>\n

Dr. Rhonda Foster, an alumnus of the UToledo College of Nursing and healthcare consultant and leader, will be the keynote speaker for the graduate commencement ceremony.<\/p>\n

Randy Thomas, a wildlife technician with the U.S. Geological Survey in Southern California who graduated from UToledo in 2019 with a bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental sciences, is the speaker for the undergraduate ceremonies.<\/p>\n

The College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences will host its commencement ceremony 6 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Savage Arena. The College of Law will host its commencement ceremony 1 p.m. Sunday, May 8, in Savage Arena.<\/p>\n

The College of Medicine and Life Sciences will hold its commencement ceremony 2 p.m. Friday, May 20, in Savage Arena<\/p>\n

Parking permits are not needed to park on The University of Toledo campus through Sunday, May 8, for guests visiting campus for Commencement events and assisting students moving out of the residence halls. While parking will not be enforced for permit violations, it will continue for spaces that are reserved, disabled, metered and patient parking, and areas where there is no overnight parking permitted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\"\"<\/a>
