Neff College of Business and Innovation with the help of Dean Anne Balazs and UToledo President Gregory Postel.<\/p>\n<p>The new monument, unveiled at an event May 5 outside Stranahan Hall, recognizes the business college named in Neff\u2019s honor for his family\u2019s generous $18.7 million in gifts to UToledo.<\/p>\n<p>A well-respected mutual fund investor, Neff received his bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial marketing in 1955 from UToledo, where he also met his wife, Lillian.
