Two years later, construction was completed for both University Hall and the Field House.<\/p>\n<p>The University\u2019s historical events will be celebrated on Founder\u2019s Day, Oct. 12, including a lecture by Professor Emeritus Barbara Floyd, author of \u201cAn Institution for the Promoting of Knowledge: The University of Toledo at 150,\u201d and an exhibit commemorating the sesquicentennial, \u201cFaith, Vision, and Hard Work: The University of Toledo, 1872-2022,\u201d at the Ward M.
