The Office of Recreational Services is hosting a\u00a0YogaFit\u00a0Level 1\u00a0certification\u00a0on Saturday, May 20, and Sunday, May 21, at the Student Recreation Center. This certification course is designed to educate participants with the tools to create class designs and teach vinyasa-style yoga classes.<\/p>\n
The certification course provides practical teaching skills and experience, education on proper form and YogaFit principles, and aims to help participants feel confident leading others.<\/p>\n
