Northwest Ohio business owners will gain the insight of leading experts to help them through these difficult times during a special program, \u201cThe Economic Future of Your Business in a Weak Economy,\u201d Tuesday, March 10 at 5:30 p.m. at the Toledo Club.<\/p>\n
The featured speaker will be Patrick E. Rea, immediate past Midwest region administrator for the United States Small Business Administration. Appointed to this position by President George W. Bush in 2003, Rea worked with local, state and regional officials, trade organizations and small business communities.<\/p>\n
Rea will be joined by Gene Collins, an executive-in-residence in the UT College of Business Administration. Collins\u2019 32-year career on Wall Street included running Citigroup\u2019s trading desks for 18 years, where he managed more than $24 billion in assets.<\/p>\n
Dr. Thomas Gutteridge, dean of the UT College of Business Administration, will moderate the program.<\/p>\n
