Rea, immediate past Midwest region administrator for the United States Small Business Administration. Appointed to this position by President George W. Bush in 2003, Rea worked with local, state and regional officials, trade organizations and small business communities.<\/p>\n<p>Rea will be joined by Gene Collins, an executive-in-residence in the UT College of Business Administration.
