The University of Toledo\u2019s Center for International Studies and Programs is launching its first International Education Expo on Thursday, Nov. 21.<\/p>\n
Scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Thompson Student Union Auditorium, the event will bring together students, faculty and staff, and educational resources to explore new opportunities for academic growth, cultural exchange and career development.<\/p>\n
Event highlights Include:<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 University office and community partner booths: Meet representatives and experts from more than 30 UToledo offices and community partners and learn how you can internationalize your experience.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Study abroad opportunities: Explore global study abroad programs, internships, and volunteer opportunities to enrich your academic and personal growth.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Networking opportunities: Engage with international education professionals, career advisors, and peers to expand your professional and academic network.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 Activities: Have your name written in more than 10 languages around the world and enter a raffle to win $20 gift cards.<\/p>\n
\u2022\u00a0 International food: Try pizzas with international flavors.<\/p>\n
This is a great opportunity for not only students but also faculty and staff to learn about the resources available for international education at UToledo.<\/p>\n
