Several graduate programs at The University of Toledo are again recognized among the best in the country by U.S. News & World Report.<\/p>\n

U.S. News released its list of 2025 Best Graduate Schools on Tuesday, April 8, with UToledo ranking in 18 subject areas.<\/p>\n

UToledo\u2019s occupational therapy program leads the pack, ranking in the top quarter of national programs. It joins five other programs that rose in their respective ranks this year:\u00a0 education, physician assistant, public health, part-time master of business administration and medical primary care.<\/p>\n

Also ranked are programs in computer science, engineering, history, part- and full-time law, medical research, nursing masters, pharmacy, physical therapy, psychology and clinical psychology, and speech-language pathology.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust months after UToledo joined the ranks of the country\u2019s top-tier research institutions with the prestigious Carnegie R1 Classification<\/a>, we\u2019re excited to see a number of our graduate programs again recognized among the best in the country by U.S. News,\u201d said Dr. Scott Molitor, interim provost and executive president for academic affairs. \u201cThese high-profile recognitions reflect our commitment to the success of students and to high-quality educational programs across a wide range of professional careers.\u201d<\/p>\n

U.S. News\u2019 Best Graduate Schools rankings are based on two types of data: expert opinion about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school\u2019s faculty, research and students.<\/p>\n

They are the latest in a series of recognitions from U.S. News & World Report.<\/p>\n

UToledo was also ranked in U.S. News\u2019 2025 Best Colleges<\/a> in September and its 2025 Best Online Bachelor\u2019s Programs<\/a> in January.<\/p>\n
