{"id":92089,"date":"2025-04-15T03:30:55","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T07:30:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/?p=92089"},"modified":"2025-04-16T08:39:19","modified_gmt":"2025-04-16T12:39:19","slug":"tax-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/news.utoledo.edu\/index.php\/04_15_2025\/tax-day","title":{"rendered":"Tax Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>University of Toledo student volunteers helped nearly 100 community members file their income taxes ahead of Tax Day on Tuesday, April 15.<\/p>\n<p>UToledo hosted qualifying taxpayers for individual appointments on Feb. 22, March 15, April 12, through the U.S. Internal Revenue Service\u2019s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs.
