Elhai studies cyberpsychology and internet addictions. Yan and Song collaborate on industry-leading research into perovskite solar cells.<\/p>\n<p>Highly Cited Researchers are more specifically identified as those who have authored multiple articles that rank in the top 1% by citations for their field and publication year, as tracked in Clarivate\u2019s Web of Science Core Collection citation index. Additional quantitative metrics, qualitative analysis and expert judgment are also considered.<\/p>\n<p>Clarivate recognized 6,868 Highly Cited Researchers around the world in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUToledo celebrates investigation and innovation, and we\u2019re proud of our faculty experts including Dr. Elhai, Dr. Yan and Dr. Song who contribute to the strong research ecosystem that supports our prestigious R1 Classification,\u201d said Dr. F.
