Be mindful. To avoid slips and falls, stick to cleared or salted and sanded areas in snowy or icy conditions, and also take small steps to increase balance and use handrails where available. Wearing proper shoes to provide better traction and help prevent slips and falls is also important. The website\u00a0utoledo.edu\/weather<\/a>\u00a0will provide time-stamped updates to keep the UToledo and local communities informed when severe weather events impact University operations.<\/p>\n UToledo is a community and a home for many students, so essential campus services continue should the University delay or cancel classes.
