Light refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\nThe 21st Annual Health Science Campus Artist Showcase is scheduled Monday, Feb. 2, through Wednesday, April 1, on the 4th floor of Mulford Library. Artwork from more than 20 artists in various fields of the health sciences at UToledo will be on display, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture and mixed media.<\/p>\n
An artist reception will be held Friday, Feb. 6, from 4 to 6 p.m., also on the 4th floor of Mulford. A lecture titled \u201cEmbracing Artistic Inquiry\u201d will be given at 4:30 p.m. by Heather Sloane Cleary, a professor of social work, and Dr. Aravindhan Natarajan, an associate professor in the School of Social Justice, both from the College of Health and Human Services. Their talk will explore the intersection of aesthetics and art-based inquiry with social work teaching, learning and research.<\/p>\n
