The event is free and open to the public, with lunch and free parking provided for attendees.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture will feature Elizabeth Spalding, a professor and nationally respected scholar of American political thought from Pepperdine University. Spalding will examine systems grounded in natural rights and limited government versus those rooted in centralized power and collective control.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees are encouraged to register in advance.
