The Office of Undergraduate Research, which offers funding to support undergraduate research and creative activity in all areas of scholarship, is accepting proposals for the 2026 First Year Summer Research Experience (FYSRE) and the Undergraduate Summer Research and Creative Activity Program (USRCAP).
Both programs will run from Monday, May 18, through Friday, Aug. 7, and will meet virtually every Thursday at 9 a.m. Students must apply under the mentorship of a UToledo faculty member.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 10. The online application is available via the Office of Undergraduate Research website. Students of all disciplines are encouraged to apply.
