The University of Toledo’s men’s basketball game against Eastern Michigan Tuesday, Feb. 7, will feature a special in-game ceremony showcasing the work that Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism is doing in northwest Ohio. The event is sponsored by Spartan Chemical Co. Inc.

The game will tip off at 7 p.m. in Savage Arena.

“We at Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism are honored and grateful that Spartan Chemical has provided us with this opportunity to be acknowledged during The University of Toledo basketball game,” said Catina Harding, executive director of Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism. “We are grateful for community partners who believe in our mission and support our efforts to create a future without limits for those affected by autism.”

“The work Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism does for families in our community is so important, and Spartan is especially proud to sponsor their efforts for early intervention through employment transition,” said Cali Sartor, director of marketing for Spartan Chemical. “We hope that more companies and individuals will support Great Lakes Collaborative for Autism as a result of this spotlight.”
