KeyBank recently announced its Community Partner of the Year Award, which is given annually to an area organization or individual that has partnered with the bank to help promote its community commitment.

Howard Newman, UT associate vice president for development, and Dan Saevig, UT associate vice president for alumni relations, were honored with the 2012 KeyBank Community Partner Award at a special dinner.

According to Brian Brown, senior vice president of KeyBank, both Newman and Saevig worked with Key to help promote the great physicians and alumni that are a vibrant part of the Toledo and northwest Ohio community.

“Howard and Dan have shown an unwavering commitment to helping our area thrive, and that’s right in line with KeyBank’s community vision,” Brown said.
