The Office of Recreational Services is hosting a spinning instructor certification course on Sunday, July 23, at the Student Recreation Center on Main Campus.
Scheduled from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the certification course is designed to provide participants with the tools and experiences needed to create safe and effective cycle class programs. Those who attend will learn more about exercise science principles, proper form and cueing needed for instructing spinning classes.
