The University of Toledo held a ceremonial groundbreaking July 23 for the new National Pan-Hellenic Council Plaza. To be located near Horton International House, the plaza will feature monuments recognizing the nine organizations that comprise NPHC. The event was moved to Thompson Student Union because of inclement weather Friday afternoon.
