The Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women is creating mentor circles for women-identified faculty, staff and graduate students to build support systems with other women who are on a similar journey.

Circles will meet monthly to explore professional and personal development topics such as work-life harmony, career advancement and goal setting. Participants will meet virtually for a two-hour session each month from October through April.

“We know how it important it is to feel supported on your professional journey,” said Dr. Angela Fitzpatrick, director of the center. “We believe bringing women together for dialogue, reflection and mentoring within a circle of peers is one of the best ways to support women as they grow in their education and careers.”

Apply online by Friday, Oct. 9.
