The University of Toledo is in the Top 25 in both major football polls, moving into the Top 25 of the USA Today coaches poll for the first time this season.
The Rockets are No. 25 in the latest coaches poll, and moved up to No.22 in the Associated Press media poll.
The Rockets, who beat Kent State, 38-7 Saturday, have not been ranked this high since they finished the 2001 season at No. 22 in the coaches poll.
The all-time highest ranking for Toledo came in 1970 when UT was No. 12 in the final AP poll.
Toledo (5-0, 2-0 MAC) will host Eastern Michigan (1-5, 0-2 MAC) Saturday, Oct. 17, at noon in the Glass Bowl.
