The Human Resources Department invites all faculty and staff to take part in the Employee Engagement Survey, which runs now through Friday, Nov. 5.
The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback and understand employee engagement at UToledo. Feedback will be used to better understand the employee experience.
“The employee engagement survey is very important for the University of Toledo,” said John Elliott, senior associate vice president and chief human resources officer. “We are committed to engaging and communicating with all faculty and staff, and leadership very much wants to hear from our employees across the University enterprise. The survey provides the platform for employees to give feedback and input, and communicate with leadership, which will help senior leaders ‘hear’ from all employees to know what is needed so they can better lead and serve our faculty and staff.”
“The survey also provides the framework for leaders to respond in actionable ways depending on what feedback is received. Ultimately, the goal is for leaders to understand what employee needs and perceptions are, so leaders can be empowered and better positioned with data to respond in meaningful and actionable ways to our faculty and staff and improve the overall employee experience.”
Employees can complete the Employee Engagement Survey online. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
After completing the survey, employees can enter into a drawing to win a gift card. Four names will be randomly selected weekly to win a $25 Starbucks gift card and at the end of the survey period one person will be selected to win a $100 J. Alexander’s restaurant gift card.
